Yes. I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare.
For additional insurance plans, I use a Headway to verify benefits and process claims. If your plan is eligible, I will help guide you through the process before your first appointment.
Please keep in mind that insurance coverage varies by plan. Your copay, deductible, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket costs will depend on your specific benefits. Insurance plans may also have limitations regarding the number or type of services covered.
When using insurance, your insurance company may require a mental health diagnosis and other clinical information to process claims. Information submitted to your insurance company may become part of your insurance and health care records.

-
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call where you can ask questions and determine whether we may be a good fit.
During the consultation, we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals and expectations, and my approach to treatment. Choosing the right therapist for your needs is important, and I want you to feel comfortable with your decision.
If we decide that working together feels like a good fit, we can schedule your initial intake appointment.
-
The initial intake appointment is different from your regular therapy sessions. During this appointment, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background information, and your goals for treatment.
This initial conversation helps us develop a plan for how therapy can best support you moving forward.
